spiral stair case to upper loft in Big ass Vic..

$ 1600 for a three bedroom unit with a veiw and kick ass neighbors and a garden..the owners are a little stiff by Crocketts usual standard but my guess is that they are living in an even better hot spot in another country or state...he sanctions and price are boldly stated as the higher end of the Crockett market..its personal..and they appear to want to be competitve with the surrounding finner living homes available in ..OH MY GOD!! Where else can you get a three bedroom victorian flat with veiws like this and a garden and pets and charm and ..well me as a neighbor ANY WHERE ELSE in the Bay Area?try to find this artists dream home with wrap around summer porch and fruit trees and more charm than a southern vampire..??
